NDASA's mission is to have a member owned drug and alcohol information association that is committed to serving our members drug and alcohol testing needs, along with providing training, certification, industry information, advocacy and promoting cooperation between the members through other industry partners. The MMCA has served as the voice for Montana's trucking industry since 1939. MMCA is a trade association dedicated to the furtherance of the trucking industry's goals and interests in Montana and the United States. Member since July 2006.

NDMCA's mission is to promote and represent the Motor Carrier Industry in North Dakota. NDMCA is a statewide non-profit, non-political trade association representing the interests of all types of private or for hire trucking companies. NDMCA is our voice in the North Dakota State Legislature. Member since August 2006.

Williston API members are committed to develop and adhere to the highest level industry standards, protect the environment, and lead in health and safety performance. Supporting since 2011.

API promotes fellowship and professional development of their members through thte exchange of operational experience, operations oriented meeting programs, and a variety of educational, industry service and community service projects. MonDak API is one of the more proactive associations in the country and is comprised largely of industry professionals who have lived in the area for a long period of time. API recognizes that pressures arise on infrastructure, traffic, population, housing and cost of living in a community. These oilfield professionals are coming to this community to unlock the area's natural resources and deliver them to the market. Supporting since 2012.

The Tribal Council approved a resolution and ordinance that enabled the tribe to exercise their inherent sovereign powers by imposing Indian Preference on employers working on or near the jurisdictional boundaries of the Three Affiliated Tribes. Although Tribal ordinances are sufficient, it has been found that TEROs can also be utilized in monitoring and enforcing existing federal Indian Preference laws and regulations. North Dakota Safety Council provides the opportunity to significantly reduce workers' compensation premiums, while increasing awareness of safety and risk management strategies.
